Maths Ticks and Tips for competitive exams

First of all you need to be remember tables at least from 1 to 25

Now we will see tricks to find square of any number.

This trick will work when number will be  more than base number

For example take a number 805

Now we can also do and get answer but this process will take very much time,,,

So we follow few steps:

1.  Take 800 as base number and there is 5 more than 800.
2.  now we will square 5 and get 25 (keep 25 at right side)
3.  now we will add 5 to our number (805) and we get 810
4. now multiply 8 (from base ) to 810 we get 6480
5.  finally 648025 is the square of 805

Note: We take 800 as base because the number was more than 800 if there will              be 716 than we will take 700 as base number and will multiply 7 this trick            can be applied to any number greater than 100.

Finally i will tell that Practice makes man perfect   

If number will be less than base number for example 795
